What Data Will Be Deleted

  • • Your voucher and reward history
  • • Your event attendance records
  • • Your messages and communications
  • • Your uploaded photos and content

What Data May Be Retained

  • • Transaction records (required for tax and legal compliance) - 7 years
  • • Fraud prevention data (anonymized) - 2 years
  • • Aggregated analytics data (anonymized) - indefinitely
  • • Legal dispute records (if applicable) - until resolution

Consider Account Deactivation Instead

If you just want to stop using Millenz temporarily, you can deactivate your account in the mobile app settings. This preserves your data in case you want to return later.
